Adding a Parasound 2205A to Denon 3805?

As above really - any thoughts that folks have will be much appreciated. I am getting ready to press the button on the above power amp on the Classifieds (hi Thunder ). Am driving MA GR60s, GRLCR and GR10s. Will it give me a big improvement in performance? Anything (other than the weight ) that anyone wants to warn me about?

Thanks
