Hi there, Been out looking at cheap computer and Nas's and hard drives and the like. What exactly do I need to buy to connect to my SONOS so I dont have to have the ZP plugged into my laptop? What are other SONOS owners using? How do I set the music up on the storage device also is it a simple process?

I'd be happy to look into installing the software on one of my media servers if you would like, the system requirements seem fairly low so I can't see there being any problems.
If you want me to look into it, just drop me a PM
Andrew
Edit: It seems fairly easy under linux, so you would just be talking about an old(ish) computer and a large hard disk so could be done very cheaply.

I think Network storage would be best for you.
that way the music is always available but there doesn't have to be a PC switched on just the Networked Storage Device.
One of these is very good

and relatively cheap at £70. You will need to add an IDE Disk Drive to it but that can be had for about £20 (40GB).
Your media will then always be accessible.
