CSC200RS Scaler any good ?

Hi All

Just looking at the above HDTV scaler link below

http://www.lektropacks.com/view_item...3&&category=12

I have the Panasonic 6 50" plasma panel at present and was wondering if this little baby would give me a nice HD picture from Sky and DVD ?
Hope someone can help and give good advice before i purchase one of these.
I have the PC input terminal board inserted in my plasma if that helps any , very confused with this lot.

Regards
Karl
