Panasonic TX32LXD500 - BBC1,2,3 Freeview problem

I just received my new Panasonic TX32LXD500 yesterday and it is great.

But, when I downloaded the freeview channels using the auto download facility BBC 1, 2 & 3 weren't found. I repeated the exercise a couple of times and they still weren't found. All the other freeview channels were found OK. When I switch the TV off and on again it says there are new services found. I 'OK' to update the system but again the TV doesn't find any new services.

Can anyone shed light on this problem for me please?

Are you getting a good signal....?

Check the strength via the meter in the menu...

If its low, your gonna need an aerial upgrade, or maybe your current aerial is too old, or of the wrong type to receive digital signals.

Double check to see if your in proper range of a digital transmitter too...

Thanks guys!
I'll check the signal strength. But I have another TV with a Phillips digibox and it receives BBC channels OK. It is on the same aerial.
