Unable to add device to Harmony 525

Please help as this is doing my head in.

I am trying to add a new device to my Harmony 525. I go through the 'add device' prompt on my homepage and keep getting a page saying 'unable to display content - click next to continue'. When I do this I end up back at the homepage.

I have tried 3 different software revisions and also tried adding devices that have been added previously (via the test drive).

Has anyone else come across this? What do I do?

Thanks

Is your firewall turned off?

I get this if I use Firefox. The Harmony website has issues with anything other than Internet Explorer.

If you are already using Internet Explorer, it could possibly be a security setting or some other configuration issue with IE, but I wouldn't know for sure.

I would follow hornydragon's advice and call tech support.

I had this with IE as well, and I doubt it's the firewall just Logitechs crappy software. Basically to resolve I had to delete all devices and activities and then click the wizard link on home page(next to little pic of guy) and then it took me through the startup wizard again where I readded all my devices including the new one. I also noted that all the devices I had tried to add were actually there, in my case I had 13 sky boxes added, so I needed to remove these also.

Make sure you aren't using any special characters in the name of your device or activity. Stick to A-Z, 0-9 and SPACE. I seem to remember I had a similar message when trying to use a name containing punctuation characters.
