Hi,
I have seen TomTom Mobile 5 for sale on Ebay for 5 quid, seller claiming all legit, no infringement of copyright etc...its' on a Cd and all u do is just copy it to the SD card and run it on the phone! Sounds so simple, but will it work without the registration agreement with TomTom first?

It can't be legal as TomTom Mobile software is only distributed on SD/MMC cards

doubt it is legal
and if caught it will be both party. unless u can prove that "you are made to believe it is not copyrighted"

Well, it was too good to be true, the item has been deleted by Ebay!
I am hoping to buy the TomTom 5 mobile in the next few months, can someone tell me whether I can instal it on my phone and also to my wife's phone aswell or it restricted to one phone only? cheers!
