Setting up Sipura SPA-1001

I have just signed up with Voipcheap, which works brilliantly on my pc.

I thought i would take it one stage further and buy a ATA.

How the hell do you set these up?

I have followed the instructions and dead as a do do.

it says to access the ip settings press **** but nothing

I have tried it on both a cordless phone and hardwired one.
