Is there is a Sat Nav system that does all of the following...

Hello All

I am looking for a Sat Nav system that does all of the following funtions:

UK/Europe maps
Traffic updates via Bluetooth
Mobile hands free answering via Bluetooth
MP3 player (WMA optional)
8.5 mm stereo jack for audio output

I have had a *quick* look around and not found one that does all of the above.
I was planning to get a PDA and add the functions via hardware/software upgrades.
Anyone have any recommendations or suggestions?

Thanks

DeepS

3.5mm is the standard for audio out on most devices so that rules out any contenders straight away.

My mistake - it should read 3.5mm not 8.5mm.

All Windows Mobile phone/pda's will do this.

I have an O2 XDA Mini S runinng TomTom 5 (with updated maps as per TomTom one) and a Bluetooth GPS receiver.

UK/Europe maps - Put whatever maps you want on SD card
Traffic updates via Bluetooth - updates via built in GPRS
Mobile hands free answering via Bluetooth - yes
MP3 player (WMA optional)Win Media player built in
8.5 mm stereo jack for audio output - 2.5mm but adaptor available to convery to 3.5mm

Thanks for the info - I have a few more questions:

Which GPS Bluetooth receiver would you recommend? or are they much the same in terms of quality of receiver?
Is there any real difference between the Windows PDAs currently available i.e. battery life, screen quality.

Thanks

I'm using the cheapest bluetooth receiver I could find (£40 form www.mobilefun.co.uk) and cannot fault it, maybe I've been lucky?

Screen's are all pretty similar although the XDA Mini S I use is slightly smaller than most PDA's, still fine for TomTOm use though.

Windows Mobile 5 devices are in my opinion better than 2003 models as it no longer uses volatile storage meaning when your battery dies your data still remains intact. (with 2003 if your battery dies you lose all your data)

As with all phones etc.. battery life does vary from one device to another, battery on my mini S does seem to last a lot longer than my old XDA2s mind you.

I'm using a OEM Socket BT gps device. Works a treat with my Dell X3i.
