Speaker Connectors

Currently, I am using 12 gauge Acoustic Research speaker cable. I connected the cable to the speaker connectors of AVR300 by using bare wire ended leads. However, I did not like this method. I would like to switch to using spade terminal method. Which connector do you recommend to me?

I would recommend using 4mm banana plugs that go straight into the rear the of the terminals, spades are not particularly practical on the AVR300 as the terminals are all so close to each other.

The first one is http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...lance&n=172282.

The second one is audioquest bfa banana plug. http://www.ramelectronics.net/html/a...est.html#pkbfa

Audioquest one seems better than phoenix one.

Try WBT or Furutech banana plugs. They are a bit expensive but are top notch. The Furutech FP202 Hi-End plug is my favourite as they can be stacked ( for biwiring) and locked in place. The Gold will cost around US$100 and Rhodium around US$140 for a set of 4.

Contact me if you are unable to source them.

I bought and installed Audioquest BFP Banana plugs which were recommended by my dealer. They did fit perfectly. I am satisfied with the result. Life is easier right now.

Oooh, they look very nice. They may be pricey, but I will give them a try.

There miles cheaper than the overrated WBT hardware that sells over looks than sound me thinks. These are brilliant even though there quite trendy. They look better in the flesh too.If i'm not wrong you can get DNM interconnects fitted with these.
