AVP 700 video problem

I am having intermittent problems with my AVP700. The component output (via SAT SVideo input) keeps corrupting. I get a green wash (sometimes a pinkie/purple) over a distorted picture. The sound is normal just the picture is at fault. Sometimes my display states "Frequency our of range".

I have gone into the setup menu on the AVP700 and switched to RGB (no picture) and then back to YUV and this seems to solve the problem, albiet temporarily

I first thought this was a fault with my Sony HS50 PJ and have replaced that with a HS60. Also all cables have been replaced.

Any ideas?

Cheers

Sounds not a million miles from my problem with the AV300, where the video just disappears entirely. Not impressed...
