The one CD/DVD you couldn't part with ...
Your home is ablaze (your loved ones, including pets, safe), and you're watching your prized CD or DVD - or both - collection burn to the ground. A kindly fire fighter, noticing your obvious distress, offers to try and rescue just one CD or DVD (let's pretend you couldn't just replace it with the insurance payout), and you say ... what?
For me: CD - Rachmaninov's All-night Vigil (Virgin Classics version); DVD - Shadowlands (movie with Anthony Hopkins and Debra Winger).
Okay, you get the drift. Over to you ...  |

Crumbs, crumbs, and more bread crumbs. Talk about tough.
The fact that I've had to think hard, and for most of the day probably means nothing sticks out in particular.
However a desicion has been made.
DVD..... As this was only ever shown on TV once and a long wait for it's appearance on DVD, The "Survivors" entire box sets.
CD/Vinyl.
Dire straits - Private Investigations. This track alone suits me but as it is tagged onto the "Love over gold" album I might as well say this.
