How do I access 'Wide-Screen' mode on Xbox games such as Halo?

Hi, I recently got an Xbox and the two gamess I've got for the system is Halo and DOA3.

When I play my games on my wide-screen TV, the image seems scretched resulting in characters looking more fatter than usual.

Are there options in the games that enables you to play your games in 'wide-screen'?

Check out the start up (green) screen, you can set the aspect ratio of your TV in there. Your TV may not auto-adjust to widescreen as soon as it gets the video signal from your XBOX but you should be able to manually select the ratio of the TV to get a perfect picture. Game on.

Note that not all X-Box games have 16:9 modes. Here is a list of the most common titles and whether they have a 16:9 mode or not. If they don’t, then the game will default to 4:3 whatever mode you use.

PG’s predecessor on the DC did have a 16:9 mode that was unlocked by completing certain parts of the game. I haven’t heard that PG has the same.
