Sony KP-65WV700 - red lines on screen?

Hi guys, long time reader, first time poster..

I'm running into a problem with my Sony 65" Rear CRT.

On dark scenes, it will display these thin red lines. They bend upwards (the bends being more pronounced near the bottom.

Is there anything I can do about these, besides calling a technician? If I were to crack the back of the cabinet open, is there an adjustment knob back there or anything? What causes these lines, and what is the setting that needs to be adjusted?
