I need a Kenwood - Nissan (Almera Tino) multichanger cable. Does anyone know where I might get one?

Is it a kenwood head unit or oem changer or the other way around? (I'm a bit confused myself)!

It's a Durabrand 10-disc MP3 Multichanger with a Kenwood din connection. I bought it in Walmart when on holiday. It only cost $80.

The head unit is a dash fitted Nissan model.
