Hitachi C28W410SN, 'clicking noise' problem

Hi All,

I have a problem with the above set, the set makes a 'clicking' noise,sounds similar to a relay activating, this happens in both stand-by or when the set is operating. When the set is operating and this occurs the screen expands and then, when the click occurs again, the picture returns to normal. This problem occurs randomly and I am getting worried about leaving the set in stand-by because of this.

Any ideas are welcome, I know these particular sets do suffer from dry solder joints but does that not just cause random on/off of the set, this problem was fixed a couple of month ago under extended warrenty(which has now run out )

Another question, is there a hidden menu on these sets for screen adjustments??
