Best Set-up for a Samsung LE32R41BD

Hello, I am a newbie to HD and I have just purchased a Samsung LE32R41BD. The screen is lovely and I was just wondering what the best set-up for the screen was if anyone have played around with it:

Things like custom screen setting etc

Much appreciated if someone could help, thank you very much.
