AVC-A1XV DVI-in and DVI-out not working

I have a DVD-A11 with proper working DVI-out, which I know have hooked up the the AVC-1XV DVI-in and the AVC again DVI-out to the project, but no image? Yes, the video input is set to DVI for DVD and the monitor is set to DVI (both on AVC-1XV), but still no image.

Any ideas?

Is the Video set to OFF or the Amp in Pure Direct Mode?

That will not make a difference, Video On/Off only deals with the on-screen-display and the video scaling and conversion.

What firmware do you have on the A11?

how do I check the firmware of the AMP or DVD?

For the AMP (btw) I just upgraded it yesterday to include the network functions (Internet Radio, MP3 streaming, etc). It took 20 minutes to update all the software so I guess the latest firmware updates where included into that update as well.

Seems a bit odd. Video Off doesn't switch off the HDMI/DVI video circuits.
