Help wanted : Humax 9200 playing recorded programs

Have seen a few posts on this device, but to be honest some of them are rather too large to start searching through (300+ posts).

Have bought one for my parents for Christmas (in their late 50s and early 60s). My Dad is pretty techie literate but my Mum is definitely NOT (the only time the old freebox got used was when my Dad turned it on).

Initial response has been very positive, especially from my Mum... "Its a lot easier than a video and no tapes to lose".

My specific query is: What is the easiest way to get to your recorded programmes? From what I can tell there are two options

- Menu>Record>recorded programmes>select prorgam>press play>press menu to get full screen

OR

- pull the slide down on the front of the remote and press the button that brings the list up.


For me option one is fairly longwinded, but my mum doesn't like having to 'faff' round with the small buttons under the flap and its likely to get broken off with regular use.

From the guide button you can press yellow to see the scheduled recordings - is there a simple way to get to recorded programs from guide? or anywhere else other than the above options?

Yep they're the only ways I have found too. It would've been nicer to have the recorded program list on the main layout rather than under the slide tbh Just another niggle unfortunately but it's still the best £200 I've spent in a long time
