Active Subwoofer Recommendations

Hey guys, I was just wondering if someone could recommend me a very cheap active sub, it's only for a budget system, I've got some money and wouldnt mind having a sub for the extra bit of bass. I have a single phono connector on the back of my stereo and its only a Micro system so I'm presuming I'll need a active sub.

Oh yeah, I'm in the UK too.

Any help would be great thanks.

well to me a cheap sub is around £250-300.......with mine being more midrange at about £700...im guessing both of these are a bit out of the area you are aiming for?

might be worth trying the classifieds on this forum, you might pick up a reasonably good bargain for about £50-100...

make sure that output on your micro hifi is definitely for a sub tho.....otherwise it could cack things up royally..lol
