DigiFusion FRT103 - low volume?

The volume coming out of this box is extremely low. I have my TV turned up to maximum and it's still not very loud.

Can anyone help?

Is there a volume control on the Freeview box remote - and, if yes, have you adjusted it?

No, the remote doesn't have a volume control.

I must say though the remote is a lot better than the FVRT200 — both the channel up and channel down buttons are right next to each other!

I have the same problem. Should I just take this back and get something else?

I purchased one of these today form Argos and have the same problem. Also there picture is duller. I am able to make direct comparison with an 18 month old Bush box and am very disappointed. Argos do not include freeviewboxes in there 16 day free return deal, but i am determined to get something better.
I suggest that you are entitled to do the same. With the Bush there is no change in volume between Freeview and analogue
