book for ipod learning

I just bought my daughter a 4GB Nano for Christmas. She is 27, quite good on the computer but has never owned a MP3 player. Is there a good book to learn all these tricks you members seem to know or is it simply a learn as you go thing.

It should be easy enough for her but there are on-line help sections on the Apple website. Have a look here for some general help about all the iPod range.
