Nvidia 6150 with P4 MOBO

Hi team,

Can't find any socket 775 mobos with Nvidia 6150 integrated chipset for my upgrade...
Do they exist or do I have to buy a new cpu?

You best bet at teh moment if sticking with socket 775 is the ASRock 775TWINS/HDTV which has radeon X200 and component out
