Issue with MCE2005 and DVD playback

Brand spanking new install of MCE2005 and nVidia Purevideo, when I try to play DVD's i either get a Macromedia error or a Copyright protection error. I have no idea why its being as annoying as it is and I thoroughly want to put my face through my PV500, not only that but the troubleshooter is no help whatsoever and google cannot find a thing

I have the latest drivers, all the latest windows updates etc etc.

Would I be right to assume that because i'm running the display from the component output windows is under the impression i'm trying to copy it?

I had a lot of trouble getting media centre to work on my PC also. The only DVD codeck i could run was pure video despite several others being certified.
Have you any other DVD decoders installed, such as Win DVD that came with my motherboard software? This stopped media centre working on mine.
Do you have a media centre certified graphics card?
Not much else i can add i'm afraid.

Hope this helps

Andy
