cables to wall mounted plasma

Hi everybody,
A friend of mine has wall mounted his sony flat screen in his lounge but has cables running up to it which looks horrid. He doesn't want to bury them in the wall as has just decorated!Does anyone have any ideas to hide these cables-say a half round piece of chrome tube or something, does anyone make such a thing?Any ideas would be much appreciated!

Elsewhere on these pages I've seen pictures of a home set-up which included 'cable coving' sold by B&Q...flat lengths of gyproc coving that can be painted the same colour as the wall its sits on.
Never tried it or used it myself, but seemed a very tidy solution.
Wouldn't fancy trying to wallpaper it though !!!

That is what I have been looking for as well but the Maplin code doesn't seem to be there.
