Hack for Toshiba SD-140

I have searched every where and for the love of me i cannot find a hack for this player, or one that works from other Tosh`s.

Can any of you guys help me out?

Have you tried the standard SDx40 hack?

open the tray
type 2403960
press enter to cycle to region 9
close the tray
turn the player off
turn it back on

It worked a treat on my SD-220, and by all accounts on a few other models.
