Aconda 9281 ZW X Box 360 query

Hi all,

I've got an Aconda 9281 ZW off a friend who's upgraded to plasma, and am trying to find out if the picture quality will be anywhere similar to High Definition TVs if I play an X Box 360 through it. I've been doing lots of googling by have ended up more confused than when I began. The TV seems to be 100HZ, but does this mean that the resolution/definition is higher than "standard" CRT TVs, but not as high as HDTV, and that the X Box picture quality won't be blurry?
