Best deal 28" TV for less than £200?

Hi

I am planning on buying my Dad a TV for Xmas as his 21" Philips is not ideal now that his sight and hearing is not what it was.

So I am looking at a cheap 28" set with RGB scart (for use with separate freeview box) and good clarity sound.

Any ideas? a recent post had a Sony 28" from John Lewis for £225 i was wondering if there was anything cheaper around, the extra quality of the Sony would probably be lost on my father!
