just had this tv and have a major issue with blurring wrting when its in the middle or bottom of the screen

i think theres been a few issues about this, i have a tech coming out on monday

can this be resolved or am i best trading it in for a different one?

I've seen a few reports (on this forum) of poor convergence on this model which would give the symptoms you have.
The set seems to have a poor reputation.
