Widescreen TV help

Hey, I am looking to buy a widescreen tv but am not too sure what im lookin for. Ive got around £250 to spend and im looking for something about 28" with a minimum of 2 SCART sockets and is flat screen (CRT).
I have seen a SONY WEGA for sale at Argos for £230 but it doesnt come with a stand (which I will need).
Anyone have any recomendations/suggestions?

Thanks for your help
