Need help - new to mp3

I have just bought a sat nav, an Evesham nav-cam 7000. It has a built in MP3 player, and since I now have MP3, I may as well use it. I also have 5 CD's that I would like to play on it. My problem is, I have no idea how to achieve this. The sat-nav has a SD card, How can I transfer the CD's onto a SD card using my computer? I have ordered a 512mb SD card for this purpose.

Thanks in advance for any advice you may have.

There's more than one way to get MP3 files onto an SD card.
If you have a card-reader or an MP3 USB stick that takes SD cards, they should appear as a temporary hard disk when connected to your PC.
So take any MP3 files you have , or make some from songs on CD ; then drag and drop the MP3 files onto your SD card.
In my case my digital camera will also allow me to do this with MP3 files - but I am not sure that all SD cameras allow this.
