Can anyone please supply the hack for this as I'm told the hack in our database doesn't work.
Our hack is:
Switch the player off completely and then back on. You will need to know what region your player is currently set to in order to complete the procedure. With your remote control:
Press and hold down Play and Stop together until you see a language menu.
The language as required by pressing the appropriate button 1 through 6.
Press Repeat.
You now have to enter a sequence of numbers depending on what region your player is currently set to. We have listed the numbers for each region 1-6 below:
2, 9, 3, 3 and 4
3, 8, 7, 6 and 7
5, 6, 7, 3 and 2
7, 6, 8, 8 and 4
5, 3, 8, 1 and 4
2, 4, 4, 6 and 2
You should see a confirmation message.
Now select the desired region, 1 for region 1, 2 for region 2 etc. or 9 for region free.
Press Open, then Standby
