Okay - A person I know claims this

"Fujitsu Plasma TV+arcam DVD player gives teh best picture in the world imho"

I think a TAG DVD32R with a interpolater gold and a Cinemax will beat it hands down... or will something lower down the CRT range beat that?

no other issue rather than picture quality

A Barco Cine 6 with an fMj DV27 will beat a Fujitsu plasma any day!

Oh it's got to have a good screen to project on to.

Even you knew that peg!

You wouldn't even have to go that high up in the food chain.
Any good imported RPTV that can achieve 480p combined with any one of a multitude of DVD players such as the Philips Q50 with the Sage/Fara chip will eat the Fujitsu combo for breakfast.
