20-23" HDTV - I really want one but i'm stuck!

Hi i'm looking for buy a 20-23" HDTV in the very near future. I've been really impressed with the 23" Samsung set that's being displayed with the XBOX360's at the moment - however i can't seem to find that anywhere to buy (Maybe someone can post a link here?).

The other model i've been looking at is the Philips 20-PF5320, a mate of mine from Selfridges recommended it and with it dropped to £399 shortly it seemed very tempting indeed, does anyone have one of these or recommend ANY 23-23" monitors under £600?

Thanks in advance
BMT
