Anyone know how this works, or have tried it?. I saw this the other week and my first thought was SCAM!

It does actually work, but the results are dire.

It involves a regular TV, a big box and a lens. You mount the lens in a hole at one end of the box. The TV goes (upside down) inside at the other end. Voila, a very low tech projector.
