Simple question about power amp.

Hello, I'm in need of a new power amp to replace a 'Cambridge' one that has given up the ghost and I've spotted one on eBay that's in my budget but I don't know if it's any good. It's an 'AMC 2445'. Is this worth a purchace doyathink ?.
cheers,

.....well I've just read a couple of reviews and it seems that this amp is geared towards audio visual, as it has potential to run surround sound. Really I'm looking for a simple audio amp so I don't think that this is for me....just in case anyone was wondering.
