hmmm........the whole thing about a movie with a twist is that you wern't expecting a twist. If we tell you one it might not quite work if you are waiting for it !

Sorry can't think of any. I suppose the last film I saw with some sort of twist was Saw. The Village was a bit predictable.
Why not just go to the cinema instead? No twist as far as I know but this week you've got Nightwatch, Serenity, Four Brothers and A History of Violence out. That four films I want to see. Go early enough midweek and it will be a cheaper cinema ticket as well.

...have u seen "Identity" with John Cussack ?
Its something different.
Exactly Jester!
I gave up reading the likes of Empire and Total Film, as they (and others) keep giving away any element of surprise. I remember Empire ran an inside-front cover advertisement for the Sixth Sense, which said something like "a great twist that you won't see coming".
Well, I couldn't get that damn line out of my head, so from the opening scenes I just couldn't help myself trying to figure out how the rug was going to be pulled from under my feet. Guess what...a twist isn't all that difficult to spot when you know it's coming. A good film...but it could have been great if I'd gone in totally unawares.

I forgot to mention The Usual Suspects and Entrapment and also an older movie with Michael Caine and Laurence Olivier called Sleuth, The Wicker Man has a few nice twists in it too.

Wild Things (Matt Dillon, Kevin Bacon, Denise Richards, Neve Campbell).
Quite trashy but fun.
Memento (Guy Pearce, Carrie-Ann Moss).
Brain-bending concept involving memory loss and the film unravelling backwards. Also includes 'twist'. Brilliant film, I highly recommend it.
The Game, Seven and Fight Club are all excellent films by David Fincher and all include an element of twistage.

Try Sympathy for Mr Vengance, JSA, Memories of Murder, R-Point if you don't mind Korean films, all highly crafted, good twists and very enjoyable

The Machinist could be what you are looking for, good twist, great performance by Christian Bale, and one of the best movies I have seen in recent times.
The Forgotten. The twist comes quite early but it's alright.
