Warranty repair Denon DHT500SD
Hi, My 6 month old Denon DHT500sd dvd player developed a fault, and I took it back to the shop where I purchased it. They sent it back to Denon and its still not ready after nearly 4 weeks away. Is this the normal amount of time for a repair to take?
