A few Nokia and Sony owners will probably tell you not to but just go for it if that's what you want.

Just be wary of the sneaky 18 month contracts.

You tried ringing your current network and threatened to cancel?

1) I do not think you can use it for a GPS solution (unlike SPV's, SX1, 6680's etc).

2) Transflash slightly more expensive than SD/MMC, not a major problem, adapters available if you what to share with MMC/SD slotted device.

3) MOST IMPORTANTLY I want one first !

I've had the Sammy for a week now and I'm broadly very happy with it - its a million times more flash than the nokia brick I had before - the only problem I'm having is that it doesn't want to connect to my pc but I'm sure I'll sort that eventually

I'd give it 8/10

Cheers

If you're thinking of getting a new phone go with the D600. It is THE best phone on the market currently and outperforms all the rest including the curent Nokia lineup!

I'd go with the o2 deals - take a look at http://www.samsunglink.com/d600/
