PVR PCI card advice
Newbie question, but I am building a HTPC and the only component I am uncertain about is the TV Tuner card. I want DVB + PVR capability and ideally the best quality picture for the best value. The options I am considering are:
- Pinnacle PCTV 310i - Black Gold Digital - Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-500 Advice appreciated
