Hello
I have a 60 gig i-pod and I want to connect it to my stereo with a digital connection. Can you buy an i-pod dock with a digital output?

Presumably, but I don't have an iPod
A £5 2-RCA to 3.5mm cable would suffice though

No you can't. If you want to go digital with your source material, a potential solution is the Roku Photobridge (which uses your telly as the display), or the Slim Devices Squeezebox2 if you like a built-in display. I use the Squeezebox and although it's not as easy to navigate as the iPod, there's no question that I can squeeze better audio out of it. The Apple Airport is also another solution although you have to control it from an instance of iTunes running somewhere.
