Hello folks.<br />Having bought and installed the £30 FIrewire card and MGI Videowave III, I wonder what settings people use to archive material.<br />I selected 'Full screen playback TV/VCR PAL' but the produced mpeg (played back using Power DVD as Windowz media player is all jerky), has noticable compression artifacts.<br />What settings do people use for bit rate?<br />The maximum 1250kb/second?<br />Or do you save using a different compression format?
