I HAVE USED MY PACE BOX IN LONDON AND IN WALES AFTER A TRIP TO WALES I CAN NOT KNOW GET RID OF THE WELSH VERSIONS OF SKY SKY SPORTS AND MOST PAY PER VIEW ALSO HAVE BBC1 WALES BBC2 WALES S4C AND AM ONLY ABLE TO WATCH 5 CHANELLS NOW SO NEED AWAY TO REBOOT AND START OVER AGAIN

Switch the box off then on again, go through the menu system to getting started and do the store new channels option (I think), rather than the add new chanels. The option might not be there if you don't switch the box off first.
