Zero Signal Quality

I have a fairly old Sony box hooked upto a Sky sat. The problem I have is that is occasionally freezes and also shows "No satellite signal being received" messages. For example, right now, BBC1 is not working, but BBC2 is.

I've checked the Signal Tester and I've noticed that the Signal Quality bar has nothing in it and the Lock Indicator keeps switching from OK to Not Locked. The Network ID and Transport Stream are 0002 and 07D4 respectively.

I've recently changed the LNB and have also tried a different box, but still get the same problem. Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Thanks in advance

Slight dish misalignmernt is the most likely cause.
