Both the Creative 5.1 and the Sonic fury 6 channel output DD/Dts via a 3.5mm stereo jack plug. You just connect your coax to a twin phono to jack plug lead. Ie one phono outputs PCM (digital stereo) the other outputs s/pdif (AC3-Dolby 5.1/DTS 5.1 etc). They both have on board decoding for AC3-DD but DTS is comming via a software upgrade(rummoured!), in case your amp is 5.1 "in" only.......Paul

Both cards should come with a 3.5mm jack to twin phono lead, the sonic does. If the creative doesn't they only cost a £1 or so. On the sonic fury the white phono is PCM the red AC3 etc. Just a note the phono is male. Coaxes are normally male!, so a female to female adaptor (Maplins/Tandy!) is needed!. £00.99p etc.....Paul
