RCVDS 800 to Barco Data 600.

My neighbor gave me a Barco Data 600 projector and a RCVDS 800. I have read that the 9 Pin Remote Proj on the RCVDS 800 should connect to a 9 Pin connector on the back of the projector. Only problem is there is a 25 pin connector labled Remote Proj on the back of the projector.

Seems these two devices aren't compatible which would explain the gift from my neighbor. Any input to whether or not these devices can work together would be appreciated.

Thanks

a little more info

The female plug in the back of the BARCO DATA 600 labeled "PROJ" is a 15 pin, not 25 as previously posted. Then there's another place to plug in labeled RGB TTL. RGB TTL is a female 9 pin.

So my question is do I plug the RCVDS 800 into the RGB TTL on the back of the BARCO DATA 600. Or are the two just not compatible.

Help,,,,Please

STOP
You can't connect these two togther they are for differnt chassis.
You will need an RCVDS 400 to work with your 600 series projector.

The RCVDS 800 will work with 70*, 80*,120*,160* series only.

The connectors talk straight to the controller board of the projector and smoke will come if you carry on connecting.

Hope I'm not too late
