PTA100 and a Denon 1910

Possibly a silly question with an easy (no) answer - but will chance it

Can I somehow connect my PTA100 PJ to my Denon 1900 DVD player via that DVI port it has on the back - is there some kind of an adaptor and if so would it provide any benefits ?
