Connecting Sony TV speakers - odd connectors ?

Sorry if this is a dim question.

I've just moved house I'm looking for some new longer cables to connect the rear speakers to my Sony TV (KV-28W2SU - a fairly old model). But the existing cables (Sony-supplied with the TV) have some odd connectors at the TV end and I can't find cables with these connectors.

Anyone got any suggestions ?

At the speaker end the cables are standard banana connectors (I think that's what they're called). At the TV end the connectors consist of a small pin and a flat prong. Looking end-on the prong and the pin are arranged a bit like a T shape with the prong across the top of the T and the pin at the end of the tail. They plug straight into a female connection on the back of the TV ie an ~5mm straight slot (the crossbar of the T) and an ~2mm hole (at the tail of the T).

Where can I get cables with these connectors ? Or where can I buy the connectors so I can make-up new cables ? Or an adapter/converter of some type ?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Mark
