Which sub?

Just one question so I'll keep it short and sweet. I want to buy a sub, not much money to spend, live in a 1st flr flat(so I don't need a mega powerful one) room 12ftx14ft choice:
1)Yamaha YST-SW45
2)Yamaha YST-SW90
3)Kef Coda S (PSW 1000)

Any views would be most helpful as I want to order it in the next couple of days, cheers.

Don't know exactly how much you have to spend, but I've just got hold of the Paradigm PDR-10 from Richer Sounds for £149. It sounds great for the price and in my lounge which is about the same size as yours. They have had trouble getting stocks, but they have quite a few now so go along for a demo. Also, if you don't like it within 2 weeks, they will give you a full refund.
