combining mp3 tracks

is there an wasy way of combining MP3 tracks into one

I have riped HHG2G to hard drive, each episode is made up of 10-12 Tracks. I would like to combine these so each episode is 1 track

Re-rip using a free program called Exact Audio Copy (Google it). Lets you rip in ranges - i.e. track 1-12, say, as a single file.
