aconda slight picture wobble

hi

i noticed recently that my aconda has started a slight horizontal picture wobble. its only really noticeable when i watch something that has black bars at the top and bottom of the screen with light backgrounds.

is there a way i could fix this myself in the service menu or will i need to get a technician in to sort it out.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

how much wobble we talking aprox,is it 50 or 100hz tv

the tv is 100hz.

the wobble is fairly noticeable,there is about 5mm movement up and down, so if the picture is displaying a white line it is not as stable as i think it should be.
